About Muraca Properties

Andrea and Peter Muraca founded Muraca Properties in 2021 after six months of exploring Florida. We aimed to escape the cold, harsh winters of Ontario, Canada, and found that sunny Deerfield Beach was the ideal location to invest in our first vacation home. This charming, beachside community, nestled between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale, captured our hearts, prompting us to establish new roots for our family and business ventures.

We proudly opened the doors to Casita Muraca, a beautiful Spanish-style bungalow located in the Cove neighborhood of Deerfield Beach, just steps away from the Intracoastal Waterway. This property marked our entry into the hospitality industry, a long-held dream we were excited to pursue.

Our initial investment in Deerfield Beach soon led to a second opportunity—an old pink house close to the beach and the vibrant downtown area. Our ambitious vision for this property is to develop a boutique hotel featuring 10 luxurious suites, a rooftop pool, and stunning ocean views. We are thrilled to break ground on this Deerfield Beach vacation rental project in 2027.

As we expand our reach globally, we aim to build an international investment portfolio that enables us to continue sharing our exceptional holiday property management services and vacation properties with others.
