About Muraca Properties
Our Story
Andrea and Peter Muraca established Muraca Properties in 2021 after spending 6 months exploring the state of Florida.
We wanted to escape from the cold, harsh winters of Ontario, Canada and settled on sunny Deerfield Beach as the perfect place to invest in our first vacation home.
We fell in love with this quaint, beachside community nestled between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale and set out to establish new roots for our family and business ventures.
We opened the doors to Casita Muraca, a lovely Spanish-style bungalow in the Cove neighborhood of Deerfield Beach, only steps away from the Intracoastal Waterway. This served as our entry-point into the hospitality industry, which had long been a dream.
Casita Muraca led to our second investment in Deerfield Beach -- an old pink house just steps from the beach and the growing downtown core. Our vision for this property is to develop a boutique hotel with 10 luxurious suites, a rooftop pool, and views of the ocean. We are excited to break ground on this project in early 2027.
Our long-term goal is to expand our reach globally and build an international investment portfolio, so we can continue to share our vacation properties with others.
